Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been established to outline the scenarios in which Five Design will offer a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and the obligations of Five Design in instances leading to such a request. By registering for any of our services, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to all the terms and conditions detailed in the refund policy.

Filing a Complaint

At Five Design, a creative website designing company based in India, we approach every project with the end result in mind, viewing it as a shared responsibility between us and the client. We believe that every effort should be made to find a solution that satisfies both parties in the event of any dissatisfaction with our services. Only when all avenues have been exhausted should a refund be considered.

Our ultimate goal is to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. Therefore, if you find yourself dissatisfied and contemplating a refund, we kindly ask that you first take a few moments to communicate with us for a final discussion before proceeding with a refund request.

A refund claim should only be initiated if we are unable to come to a satisfactory agreement during our dialogue.

Eligibility for refund

At Five Design, a creative website designing company in India, every project holds significant importance to us, and we ensure that each one is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Our goal is to deliver results in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the proposal. However, if despite our best efforts, the client remains dissatisfied with the results and opts for the dispute resolution process, we evaluate refund requests according to the following program, which clearly outlines our services and refund policy related to each service:

Web / Graphic Design

Delivery Time

  • Full Refund: If the project has not commenced or if the initial design style has not been approved, a full refund will be issued. The Full Refund policy will commence from the date of receiving the upfront payment and will take 180 Days to process the refund.
  • Partial Refund: In the event of failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style, a partial refund will be granted. The amount refunded will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No Refunds: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be provided.

Logo Design / Brochure Design

Delivery Time

  • Full Refund: In cases where the project has not commenced or if the initial design style has not been approved, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style, a partial refund will be granted. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No Refunds: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be provided.

NOTE: Five Design’s delivery commitment is contingent upon the following conditions:

  • A project is considered valid only when the agreed-upon payments are received in a clear manner.
  • The refund policy is not applicable if the necessary information for the successful completion of the project is not provided to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure in project completion due to improper communication from the client cannot be attributed to Five Design.
  • If the information provided by the client is incomplete and/or if complete information regarding the project is not furnished at the project's initiation, Five Design is not obligated to adhere to its delivery or refund commitments.
  • There is no provision for compensation for delivery delays under any circumstances, unless an agreement with a penalty clause for delayed delivery is signed.

Processing of Refunds:

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the payment method agreed upon at the beginning of the project, whether it be by check or credit card.
  • Full Refunds: Full refunds will be processed and mailed within 50 business days from the date of cancellation. Similar to partial refunds, the refund will be issued using the agreed-upon payment method, whether it be by check or credit card.
